Our buy to let product transfer includes a variety of fixed rate products to choose from. Submit like-for-like product transfers and receive 0.30% proc fees.
All BTL transfer products are provided by Godiva Mortgages and are available for contract variations.

Your client's application
Product transfers can be secured up to four months in advance of the product maturity date. For like-for-like product transfers please submit your case through our online portal. For everything else you can still use our standard application process.
Buy to Let product transfers will be subject to rental stress testing at the applicable rate if:
- The current product is a fixed rate with a scheme period of 5 years or longer, and
- The selected scheme period is shorter than the scheme period remaining on the current product
