Introduction
1. About us. Hi! We’re Coventry Building Society with offices at Coventry House, Harry Weston Road, Binley, Coventry, West Midlands CV3 2TQ. We are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, with reference number 150892. We are the promoter of the Promotion and will be referred to as we, us and our under these Terms.
2. About the Agent. The Promotion is being administered by our agent, Amondo Ltd., whose company number is 09043853 and with registered offices at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE (Agent).
3. About these Terms. These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern our Broker Festive Giveaway (the Promotion). By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable rules and guidelines. For any questions regarding this Promotion, you can email us at: marketing@thecoventry.co.uk.
4. Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time, however we’ll aim to make you aware of any significant changes in advance. If you continue with an entry under this Promotion, you agree to any updated Terms.
The Promotion
5. The Prize. Subject to eligibility, you have the chance to win (each will be known as a ‘Winner’ or together known as the ‘Winners’) one of the three (3) following prizes which are:
a) 1st prize: £250 Amazon gift voucher;
b) 2nd Prize £150 Amazon gift voucher; or
c) 3rd Prize £100 Amazon gift voucher
(together and each known as the Prize).
The Prize is non-returnable, non-transferable and may not be re-sold. The Prize also cannot be exchanged for any cash value or product alternative.
6. Eligibility.
a) This Promotion is open to persons who are financial services intermediaries for mortgage products, who are authorised by, and registered with, the FCA (Brokers). Brokers must be UK residents and be 18 years old or over at the time of entry. You must be a registered Broker on our intermediary panel and must hold an active Coventry for intermediaries Personal Introducer code with us (CFI PI Code).
b) This Promotion is not open to:
- any person who is not a Broker as defined above, including, but not limited to, Brokers’ administrative or support staff;
- any Broker of the Promoter’s affiliates or subsidiaries (to clarify only a Broker of Coventry Building Society is eligible and a Broker of either The Co-operative Bank, ITL Mortgages or Godiva Mortgages Limited will not be eligible);
- the employees or contractors, or their immediate families or agents of either us or the Agent; or
- anyone directly connected with the Promotion or Prize Draw.
7. Promotion Period. The Promotion will run between the following dates and times (the Promotion Period):

8. How to enter. At the start of the Promotion Period, we will send an email to all email addresses which have opted into our marketing mailing list. This email will contain:
a) Information about the promotion, incl. details of the Prize;
b) Details of a festive question (the Question), with three potential answers, of which only one is correct; and
c) A link to the Promotion.
d) To enter the Promotion, you must follow the link within the email and complete the form with your name, email address, CFI PI Code and your answer to the Question (a, b or c) (the Entry).
Throughout the Promotion Period, two more emails will be sent by us to all Brokers on our mailing list as reminders for the details of the Promotion, including the Prize, the Question and the link to the Promotion.
Only one Entry per Broker is allowed for this Promotion. Multiple Entries from the same Broker, or Entries made through more than one Promotion email, will be removed so that only the first Entry for each Broker is entered into the Promotion.
9. Selecting the Winner. At the end of the Promotion Period, all Entries which include the correct answer to the Question (the Correct Entries) will be anonymised and entered into an online random selector tool. A Winner will be selected at random from all Correct Entries no later than five working days from the end of the Promotion Period (i.e. by 12pm on19th December 2025) (the Prize Draw).
10. Notifying the Winner. We will privately notify the Winner via email that they are a Winner no later than five working days from the end of the Promotion Period (i.e. by 12pm on 19th December 2025). This email will also contain their Prize. This email will be sent to the email address which they have provided during their Entry, entered by us exactly as provided by the Winner.
11. Our rights. We have the right at any time and for any reason to:
- change the Prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value,
- refuse or disqualify any entries, and
- cancel, suspend or change the Prize Draw.
12. Accepting the Prize. We will not publicly announce the Winner’s acceptance of the Prize, but we may share this information if we are legally obligated to do so. 13. Announcing Winners. After the Winner accept the Prize, we will not publicly announce their acceptance, but we may share this information if we are legally obligated to do so. 14. Restrictions for Winners. Winners cannot sell, pass on or donate the Prize to anyone else under any circumstances.
15. Decisions are final. Our decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
Other important terms
16. How your personal data is used.
a) Any personal information provided to us during the Entry process (including, but not limited to, your name, CFI PI Code and email address) must be correct. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect personal information provided to us.
b) In order to collect all Entries, the Agent will hold your personal information in accordance with these Terms, and their privacy policy, and shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures in compliance with the UK GDPR and any other applicable law.

17. Disclaimer. We are not responsible for any network, computer or software failures of any kind, or any lost, delayed or misdirected participant entries. You must take your own precautions (such as guarding against software viruses) to protect against loss or damage. We will also not be responsible for any infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights caused by your entry into this Promotion.
18. Our liability. We will not be liable for any losses (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage you or a third party suffers that are connected to this Promotion or by the acceptance or use of any Prize. This includes losses due to a delay or failure in performing an obligation to the Winner or other participants which is caused by:
- any entries into the Prize Draw from persons who do not meet our Eligibility Criteria;
- any technical problems that may limit or prevent a person's participation in the Promotion, or acceptance of their Prize;
- any inaccuracy or mistake in the personal data (including, but not limited to, email addresses) provided to us as part of the Entry process;
- any problems experienced by the Winner in accessing their Prize at the provided email address (this includes, but is not limited to, problems in accessing their email address, their email address being no longer active/in use, emails going into the ‘Spam/Junk’ folder, or emails being blocked or restricted by any email provider);
- any act or omission of any third party (such as those involved in providing services that may be relevant to the Prize); or
- any event beyond our control.
However, we do not exclude our liability for death, personal injury or any other liability which can’t be excluded by law.
19. Invalidity. If any of part of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes, contractual or non-contractual, relating to these Terms.
