Introduction
1. About us. Hi! We’re Coventry Building Society with offices at Coventry House, Harry Weston Road, Binley, Coventry, West Midlands CV3 2TQ (including any holding company or subsidiary of us from time to time and any subsidiary of any such holding company (in any case whether direct or indirect)). We are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, with reference number 150892. We are the promoter of the Promotion and will be referred to as we, us and our under these Terms.
2. About the Agent. The Promotion is being administered by our agent, Amondo Ltd., whose company number is 09043853 and with registered offices at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE (Agent).
3. About these Terms. These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern our giveaway to win a Garmin Forerunner (or nearest priced equivalent if unavailable), for participants such as yourself (the Promotion). By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable rules and guidelines.
4. Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time, however we’ll aim to make you aware of any significant changes in advance. If you continue with an entry under this Promotion, you agree to any updated Terms.
The Promotion
5. The Prize. You have the chance to win one Garmin Forerunner (or nearest priced equivalent if unavailable), (the Prize). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash or product alternative for the Prize.
6. Eligibility. This Promotion is open to persons who are financial services intermediaries for mortgage products, who are authorised by, and registered with, the FCA (Brokers). Brokers must be UK residents and be 18 years old or over at the time of entry. You must be a registered Broker on our intermediary panel and must hold an active Coventry for intermediaries Personal Introducer code with us (CFI PI Code). You must submit an eligible product transfer, either over the phone or via MSO for December maturity, within the Promotion Period (defined in clause 3 below) and this would need to complete before 00:59 on Thursday 1st January 2026 (an eligible “Product Transfer”). This Promotion is not open to:
- any person who is not a Broker as defined above, including, but not limited to, Brokers’ administrative or support staff;
the employees or contractors, or their immediate families or agents of either us or the Agent; or
anyone directly connected with the Promotion or Prize Draw.
Brokers submitting product transfers for clients who have maturities in September, October or November.
7. Promotion Period.

8. Prize Draws. When the Promotion Period begins, we will send an email to all brokers who are registered with us detailing the prize. After the promotion ends, there will be one prize draw (Prize Draw) and one person will win the prize (the Winner).
9. How to enter. Only one entry per participant is allowed for the Prize Draw. You will automatically be entered into this competition if you complete an eligible Product Transfer within the Promotional Period. The product transfer must complete on or before Thursday 1 January 2026 at 11:59 pm. You will have the option to opt out in the initial email that will be sent out on 1 September 2025 Subsequent emails detailing the promotion, will also have the option within to opt out.
Only entries made correctly and during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the Prize.
10. Our rights. We have the right at any time and for any reason to:
- change the Prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value,
- refuse or disqualify any entries, and
- cancel, suspend or change the Prize Draw.
11. Selecting Winners. The Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries within 5 working days (i.e. excluding bank holidays, Saturday and Sunday) from the Prize Draw. We will notify the Winner via phone and/or email that they are a Winner within 5 working days of being selected.
12. Accepting the Prize. The Winner will have 5 working days from our notification to accept the Prize, provide additional contact details (such as phone number, full name and email address) and confirm their eligibility for the Promotion. We will then provide further details on how the Winner can claim the Prize (such as by post). If we don’t receive an acceptance from a Winner or a Winner rejects the Prize, the Prize may be redrawn from the remaining eligible entries for that Prize Draw. These same Terms will apply to an alternative winner
13. What’s excluded from Prizes. Other expenses you may incur in collecting the Prize are not included as part of the Prize.
14. Announcing Winners. After the Winner accept the Prize, we will not publicly announce their acceptance, but we may share this information if we are legally obligated to do so. 15. Restrictions for Winners. The Winner cannot sell, pass on or donate the Prize to anyone else under any circumstances.
Other important terms
16. Decisions are final. Our decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
17. How your personal data is used. We use personal data of participants and the Winner in order to provide this Promotion. Additionally, we may use personal data of Winners to feature them as a winner in our marketing activities. 18. Disclaimer. We are not responsible for any network, computer or software failures of any kind, or any lost, delayed or misdirected participant entries. You must take your own precautions (such as guarding against software viruses) to protect against loss or damage. We will also not be responsible for any infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights caused by your entry into this Promotion.
19. Our liability. We will not be liable for any losses (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses or damage you or a third party suffers that are connected to this Promotion or by the acceptance or use of any Prize. This includes losses due to a delay or failure in performing an obligation to the Winner or other participants which is caused by:
technical problems that may limit or prevent a person's participation in the Promotion,
any act or omission of any third party (such as those involved in providing services that may be relevant to the Prize), or
any event beyond our control.
However, we do not exclude our liability for death, personal injury or any other liability which can’t be excluded by law.
20. Invalidity. If any of part of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes, contractual or non-contractual, relating to these Terms.
